Digitale Comune is a project realized by Emilia-Romagna Region together with Lepida ScpA, dedicated to the digital transformation of online Local Council services across the entire region. The aim is to accompany the local administrations in the process of innovation and support citizens with information and dedicated training so that digital technology can become a true public benefit, available to everyone.
