pagoPA is not a payments website but a new easy and secure way of making payments to the Public Administration through participating Payment Service Providers (PSP).

Payment Service Providers receive payments from citizens and then pass them on to the relevant creditor bodies.

pagoPA enables payment of fees, taxes, services, subscriptions, memberships, duties, and any other form of payment to central and local Public Administrations, as well as other subjects like public participation companies, schools, universities, and public health authorities.

According to the configuration chosen by each public body, payments can be made directly on the Public Administration website, on App IO, or using a payment slip at Payment Service Providers (PSP), like for example banks and home banking, post offices, ATMs, etc.
